Dr. Laney is a ministerial member of International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM) and served as a District and Regional Director. He attended MSU receiving a Certificate in Child Psychology; received his Degree in Ministry at CBC Springfield, MO and completed his Doctorate at St. Thomas Christian University, Jacksonville, FL.
